Cafés El Criollo offers theoretical and practical specialized training in the world of coffee by training specialists

Classes are on Mondays from 16 to 20 pm and on Thursday from 9 to 13 hours, for a group up to 6 people. The teacher is Santiago Lascasas, managing director of the company

During the classes we use different coffee machines, from the simplest to the most complex. Classes are taughted by Roberto Chueca Cuenca, barista, Judge Championships Baristas Coffee Cultural Forum and expert in the preparation of coffee with more than 10 years of industry experience.
